Very nice. Added less liquid and it didn’t turn out gluggy. Tastes even better the next day, with avocado and sour cream!

Tasted great - cooked for about 4 hrs and that's all I needed I added avocado and green onion at the end (that cheese makes it 5 stars) but I didn't use much rice since it had already been cooked and I wasn't sure. Next time I'll make it with rice on the side, it feels more complete👌🏼

My rice was mushy afte 5 hours on low. I used a cup of Jasmine rice. I sautéed it in the pan and then brought liquid to a boil before I put it in the crock. I did this because everyone was saying their rice was hard. We served it on flour tortillas with avocado, hot sauce, and sour cream.

Very nice taste, but found the rice and vegetables mushy with the stock and the cream of chicken soup, would cut both in half next time (was in the crock pot for 8 hours so it had plenty of time to reduce!). Overall satisfied but would tweak in the future!

Delicious. The slow cooked chicken melts in your mouth. The combination of herbs and spices with the beans and pulses leave you with a satisfying walk glow. Will definitely be making it again.
