I changed a few things I didn’t have milk so I used sour cream (ranch packet asks for sour cream anyway) and I also put cream cheese, a chicken noodle soup can and Very little velveta cheese it was so tasty. I cut the chicken into bits and it cooked for two hours on high in the crock pot and was done in time I added rotini pasta (boiled) into the crock pot 20 minutes before the meal was completely finished!

The sauce did not look like this by the time it was done cooking in the crockpot. It didn’t have much flavor either. I remade the sauce for the leftovers though and it was great! I will either just make it in the oven next time, or cook in chicken broth in the crock pot and stir in the sauce before I serve.

I personally loved this! My husband said it didnt have a lot of flavor. So very easy! I ate all the leftovers! I will make it again. 4 stars bc of my high maintenance husband!!

The flavor was great! I add water ( 2 cups of water) to the recipe! When I cook it again I will not add any water!

This dish is a hit, the diy ranch mix that is suggested in it is awesome, I did that the first time, second time I used a packaged mix & it was not as good. My husband wants me to add mushrooms so I will do that next time too.

we had this for dinner and for us it was very very good and tasty. i used cream of mushroom because i don't have the chicken soup. BUT it still turned out tasty! And the chicken was so good. definitely on my repeat meal list favorite..

Will make again! I salt and peppered over the potatoes. Split up my chicken as it cooked. Added another 10 oz can of cream of chicken and an 8 oz package of sour cream. Very good!

Overall, this dish turned out well though it was a bit bland for my husband’s and my taste. To be fair, I just purchased a crockpot and this was the first dish I ever made in one so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I didn’t want to add any onion or garlic to the recipe because I wanted to follow the directions carefully, since it was my first time doing this. I see now that I could’ve done that but, no harm no foul. On the upside, the chicken was very tender and the vegetables were done beautifully. It was just, as I said, a little mild for our tastes, but I can definitely see how it would be a great dish for families with children who tend not to like things too heavily seasoned.

So good! Added more ranch seasoning, minced garlic, pepper flakes, onion salt, garlic powder a little sour cream and chopped bell peppers to the sauce and salt and peppered the chicken before cooking. Will put this in our dinner rotation

Was simply flavorless and the sauce texture was ‘interesting.’ My kiddo ate three bowls but for the adults...meh

Easy and yummy! I serve it with white rice and family loves it!

Definitely no flavor! Am not sure that I liked the cream of chicken flavor. Maybe with a substitution it would be better. My family did not enjoy it at all. We ended up throwing it down the disposal. Never making this again!

This was pretty tasty. I did a lot of modification, though. I used sour cream in place of milk. Also added salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and garlic. I cubed up 2 oz. of cream cheese and added it before pouring in the sour cream & cream of chicken mix. Added broccoli to the veggies as well. I doubt I would have liked it if I follow the recipe exactly, though!
Laura Joiner 22 Oct
Pretty bland and could not really taste the ranch flavors at all. The carrots really dominated the flavors. Will likely not be making again.

this was very good. the whole family loved it

Followed the recipe and didn't add much extra besides some cheese and cream cheese at the end, and a handful of our go to seasonings. Definitely needs some more color and textures, was going to add broccoli but I forgot and I regret that. Needs more cook time, did 5 1/2 hours on high and the potatoes were still a little on the firm side. Overall tasted good but wasn't anything amazing, served with rice which tastes great with the cream of chicken. Also, like others have said I didn't taste ranch at all and should have doubled the amount.

I LOVED this recipe. I used everything they used and added: Onion Basil Parsley Grillmates Herb & Garlic seasoning Onion powder All to the crockpot then to my bowl i added: Sour cream Cheese Real bacon bits AND OMG ITS AMAZING! I would add chicken stock or broth next time and ALWAYS add your favorite seasonings. Will definitely make this again. OH and I’ve cooked it longer than it said and kinda mushed the potato’s as well

I made modifications as noted by others and it was still just okay. We ate it but won’t be making it again.

Great dinner. I set it in the crock pot and went to work. Dinner was hot and ready when the wife and kids got home. I'm a hero...LOL
