It was really good but the rice did not soak op the water in the crockpot. I had to take it all out of the crockpot and put it on the stove top. I brought it to a boil and let simmer for 15-20 minutes. When the rice was finished cooking not was quite delicious. We had it with peas...it was a great meal!

Easy to make and quite tasty! Rice took about three hours to cook instead of the time in the recipe. We will definitely make it again

The rice just would not cook....after waiting and waiting for the rice to become soft enough to eat....it just became a soggy mess.
