I just made this Chicken and dumpling recipe and it got rave reviews from the family! Other than adding extra carrots and celery to amp up the veggies and adding an ample amount of pepper, I stayed true to the recipe. If you were trying to cut calories I think you could opt out of adding the dumplings and still have a great tasting dinner.
