Easy to make and so delicious. I was skeptical about the bacon in the crock pot, but it worked perfectly. This was the perfect blend of sweet and savory.

Great, the bacon adds to the flavor of the roast. I didnt use firm apples...mistake. Glaze adds a touch of sweetness but not too sweet. Have already made several times.
