This was so easy! I only used 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar and got a mellow tang which is all I wanted. Will make again as requested by my family.

Major fail! I will not make it again. It had an odd flavor, maybe too much Balsamic vinegar. I tried to save it by adding some orange marmalade to counteract the vinegar bitterness. That didn’t fix it. Maybe using a stronger salsa would have made a difference.

Used 1/4 of the balsamic like someone else said and it was really good. We'll improve on it. But it was super easy and good.

i didn't have balsamic vinegar so I used 1/4 cup red wine vinegar instead with mild salsa. Stir fried veggies on the side. Turned out yummy. Will definitely make again.

Simple and mindless. Surprisingly tasty! Definitely drop the balsamic amt down to 1/4 cup. A great base for those looking to get a little more creative by adding other items to it or serving with/on something else.

chicken was tender, sauce was a bit bitter so added 1/4 cup more salsa, 1/4 cup ketchup and a heaping tablespoon of orange marmalade. Served over ruce made with chicken broth. Dinner guests raved over it,

It was bland to me and my husband. maybe we just didn't have a flavorful enough salsa. We also ate this on corn tortillas, we will try again with different salsa and tortillas, with a bit less balsamic vinegar.
