It was perfect as usual always followed it just swapped half the semi sweets for white and threw in a little bit of toffee

Yummy recipe. We used less sugar and half the chocolate chips. The recipe makes about 30 medium sized cookies.

Delicious! I rolled my dough into balls, and put caramel pueces in the center; i recommend baking at a slightly higher temperature should you choose to go that route. Will definitely follow this recipe again!

This is my second time making these. They were just as good as I remembered! But that could also be the brand of chocolate chips I use. I'm pretty picky about those.
I used milk chocolate chips instead of semi sweet. I also only used one cup instead of two cups of chocolate chips.
I made the giant cookies (with a 1/4 cup scoop) and they turned out beautifully.

This is my go-to cookie recipe. I use 1 cup of chocolate chips, usually a mix of milk chocolate and semisweet. Two cups of chips is way too many. Make sure you really whip the sugar, butter and egg mixture, it’s what makes these light and fluffy.

Awesome!
I added half the amount of chocolate chips and found that to be more than enough.

batter is super dry and chunky. 2 cups of chips is TOOOO much. I had to pour chips out after mixing because the cookies were falling apart as i put them on the sheet. they don't bake down at all, so i have 2 dozen blobs of cookies at least the taste is decent, but not great

Delicious. Mine came out on the cakey side, but still very tasty and crispy on the edges.

The best homemade cookies! Really soft and chewy. My favorite cookie recipe now!!

These were crunchy and chewy. My family loved them and they were easy to make.

Really good! The recipe was very simple. My family loved them. Next time I’ll make two batches.

it tastes good, but it spreads out too much so the center doesn't cook properly unless they are very small. I'll try it next time with a little less butter and brown sugar.

So these were good, though I wouldn't call them the world's best cookies but definitely good homemade cookies. Added a little bit extra butter to my 2nd batch because the first batch was kind of dry.

Cookies were delicious! Just the right amount of chewiness. My only issue was that most of the cookies came out smooth on the top, not with the nooks and crannies of chocolate chip cookies. But this recipe came together really quick, so I'll definitely make again.

Top notch! Made them to use for ice cream sandwiches at a dinner party :)

I needed a crispy, chocolate chip cookie recipe and this one worked! I rolled them in leftover cinnamon sugar from a Snickerdoodle recipe I had baked the day before (1/2 cup cane sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon). I had to bake these for 15 minutes for crispy cookies, and I let them cook on the baking sheet for 7 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack. Yum!

When the recipe says they will look like they aren't done by the end of the baking time, it's not lying. I let mine bake until they seemed done and then they got very crunchy. I think this recipe needs more chocolate chips, maybe 1.5 or 2 cups.

The cookies turned out beautifully, crispy on the outside & chewy in the middle.

This recipe is very easy to make. I used half and half dark chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips. That’s was really nice touch
Thanks!!
