  • 2 eggs (start with one and crack another if it runs out)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon table salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (you can leave this out if you want to skip the spice for the kiddos)
