- 2 pounds firm tofu (block)
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/4 pounds broccoli (stems and florets, cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
- ground pepper

While this was a pretty good dinner, it was a little to salty and the sesame seeds didn't stick to the tofu as well as I wanted. I will definitely make this again but with less soy sauce.

This was delicious and just so easy! My whole family including my toddler really enjoyed it. We are vegan and cook with a lot of tofu but have never made it like this before. We will definitely make this again!
