Great, yes I added beet greens and chickpeas. Broccoli and cauliflower. I also sprinkled toasted, slivered almonds on top.

I think I should’ve used less starch so I I decided to toss mine in chili garlic sauce after roasting and they were delicious!
Renee Scherer 3 Feb

Delicious! I had to substitute the potato starch with corn starch because I couldn't find it in the store.

I used panko crumbs because I didn’t have potato flour. Covered with foil for a while too. Turned out nice and crispy. Next time, and there will definitely be a next time, I will mix all the sprinkles together first and blanch the cauliflower first. Good flavour combo.

Deeeelicious! Grilled it in the oven and it was a hit.

There should be better directions regarding how to prepare the cauliflower with the oil. perhaps do that part in a bowl so it covers better.

The description in the recipe says “the secret to their addictive crispiness and flavor is frying them...” yet the directions instruct you bake them. Prep time and nutritional information. are also different. Have the recipe instructions been swapped?

Awesome!! Huge hit as a Thanksgiving side dish :)

Cooked this several times already - starting to perfect it! Better results if you toss all the seasoning to evenly spread. It's been a hit

Needed to whip up a second batch. Everyone loved it. I used frozen cauliflower florets. I used the paprika (smoked) instead of the chili powder. The nutritional yeast is a must. . . And I am NOT a fan of nutritional yeast. . . I used corn starch ‘cause I didn’t have potato starch. It came out crispy and I did NOT mix it halfway through. 30 minutes was perfect.

Really tasty side! We cooked ours in an actifry so didnt crisp up as much.

Easy to make and delicious!

It was ok. It wasn't crispy (except for some tiny pieces) and was pretty bland (so I added a lot of seasoning). The idea was very good though, so I'll probably try something like this again... with many modifications.

the best roasted cauliflower recipe.

A great base recipe to spice up! I doubled up the black pepper and chile powder (chile California for me), still added paprika, and added 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garlic powder. Not having potato starch or nutritional yeast available, I used garbanzo bean flour and Parmesan cheese. It turned out great!
Hey You! 23 Jan 2018
Did not cook thoroughly for the allotted time. Also not that great on its own. I chopped some up added it to some homemade guacamole: avocados, onion, tomato, salt, & pepper
