OMGeeee!! HELLA-GOOD!! I roasted mine in the oven in a large roasting pan to ensure a good char. Oh man, were they delicious!!!

I added my own twist to it as I do to every recipe I make, I added red pepper flakes and really made all the flavors pop even more! I did not add bacon but I have in previous Brussels Sprouts recipes. LOOOOOVED this recipe! I baked them for 25 minutes

Nothing specially really. At the end of 22 minutes cooking time, I had to add 5 minutes of broiling to complete the browning. Balsamic by itself was not a huge compliment. Personally, I prefer the addition of freshly grated Parmesan at the end
