These were pretty good! I burnt them just slightly at the 20 minute cook time, but the flavor was still great. I will make these again in the future.

this was delicious, although I need to work on my coating on the zucchini as it was a little clumpy, big emphasis on the dripping off excess egg before dipping in parmesan I think 🙂

My whole family loved it! Easy way to make healthy, low carb food tasty. I used finely grated Parmesan from a shaker bottle then sprinkled some shredded Parmesan on top and it was to-die-for right out of the oven. Easy & yummy. Might experiment with more spices next time. I also cut mine a little smaller/thinner.

This recipe was quick and easy, which is what I was looking for. I didn't have any fresh parmesan so I used the kind you get in the shaker for pizza and pasta. It worked out nicely! Delicious!

Very good. One modification is I will leave out the pepper next time. Very simple and kid friendly. Will make again.
