LOVE these potatoes! They have an excellent flavor and texture. I leave off the pepper because I don't prefer it on my potatoes. I bake them on parchment paper so I lower the temp to 400 F as parchment is only safe up to 420 as far as I know. I turn them a few times as they are baking and they are just wonderful. This is my go-to recipe now. A keeper for sure.
