Was delicious! I had to turn up the heat on my oven and cook it for a bit longer but was very good.

Didn’t crisp up enough. Next time will use larger pan so oils are spread out more and evaporate faster in oven. Good flavor though. Added some Cajun seasoning.

The potatoes were amazing but I added a lot of other seasonings such as Jonny seasons, garlic salt, extra salt, and pepper. It have it an extra flavor. The Parmesan was difficult. It suck to the pan and was very hard to get the potatoes off of the pan because of this, however the taste was very nice.

These were excellent. Added roasted minced garlic & seasoning salt, and let them sit in the oven at 200F for about 5 minutes after their high heat cook time. Crispy & delicious - will make again!
