I should have cut thinner chicken so it would cook more evenly with out over cooking the crust. Then my zucchini were too buttery as I had to use more because of a longer cook time on the thicker pieces of chicken. O well practice makes perfect they say. Still very pleased with the flavor. I added steamed jasmine rice as a side in addition to the recipe .

Great flavor & is one of my favorite meals! I cut my chicken breasts very thin and it turned out perfect.

Loved it! Just make sure you actually use thin chicken (or cut large breasts into thinner pieces) or you'll burn the breading before the chicken is fully cooked!

Really good! I used an egg wash for the chicken and added crushed red peppers with the garlic and zucchini. Served over orzo. Delicious!

I don’t think I did it right. I had a canister for the garlic and it’s to garlicky not the recipe fault. It’s a lot of butter, but a lot of the reviews stated they used egg. I’ll try it again with egg for the batter. The chicken came out really good, hence the 4 star

This was exactly as good as it looks, the chicken was incredibly moist and crispy on the outside and zucchini was just right.

I used a shredded cheese mix ~ Asiago/Ramono/Parmesan which gave it a bit more of a punch! 😎 Easy and delicious recipe! Jo

Fantastic. I added egg to the wet bath (recipe calls for just melted butter), which I speculate may help the bread crumbs to stick. If not, it at least lets you cut back on the butter a little. Zucchini with garlic = 👌.
