    I used panko instead of Italian bread crumbs because that’s all that was available. So the chicken was kind of bland. I had to wash the pan before cooking the zucchini because of all the burnt bits. Zucchini was great! Next time will try egg instead of butter as a binder, and add some herbs to the breading mix.

    delicious. I made half with a tomato sauce and mozzarella on top in a separate pan. However both versions where delicious. i also coated some of the zucchini in the left over breadcrumb flour mix.

    The chicken was delicious i used egg instead of so much butter. The zucchini didn’t turn out so great so next time i will make other vegetables and only do the chicken from this recipe

    Flavor was outstanding. Added mushrooms to the zucchini. The only problem I had with it was the bread crumb crust would not stick for nothing. Perhaps butter is not the right binder. Maybe eggs? Other than that, it was a hit.

    I like it! I tenderized the chicken before cooking. The breadcrumb mixture adds a lot of flavor to bland chicken. I did not do the zucchini. I just steamed broccoli and had it on the side. . Still a delicious meal!

    This was a crowd pleaser! We all loved it including my picky eater! Thin chicken breast is for sure the key. I thought I had chicken breast thin enough, but I clearly didn’t. It took a good while to cook it which started making the breading burn. Delicious though and will for sure make again!

    So so good! I didn’t cut the chicken thin enough though so the crumbs got a little burnt. Easy and filling!

    It was pretty good, but the crust kept falling off my chicken any time I picked a slice off the pan. I might try using an egg coating instead of a butter coating next time. Also not very great left over as the crust becomes mushy. So make sure you only make what you want to eat.

    It is good as written and easy to prepare as a weeknight dinner. But it is way to much fat and butter. I modify with whole wheat bread crumbs and add Italian seasoning. I use an egg wash for coating the chicken vs dipping it in butter. I also use a plant based butter and can get away with using about 2 T to fry the chicken and then 1 T to sauté the garlic and zucchini. The key is a good pan to get the coating crispy. This is a keeper!

    Really good! I doubled the recipe, but I would probably try with less butter next time to see how it comes out (it tasted good, but was a LOT of butter!) Also only had half a zucchini in the house, so added onion and some red pepper along with it to make up the difference, and boy, was that the right choice! Delicious!

    Loved this!! Have made it over and over again! My tip is to get EXTRA zucchini because that’s the best part! I like to mix the bread crumbs in flour just so it’s extra crispy. You’ll definitely enjoy :)

    turned out great. added some squash along with the zucchini, baked the chicken after i cooked it in the pan to get it chrispy and added some chicken broth to the veggies. it added a very flavorful sauce.

    I have this very special skill where I can make anything tast like dirt. when I cooked this it tasted like I added just a smidge too much of butter. so simply this recipe is easy enough, an idiot could make it and enjoy it.

    From someone who's not passionate about cooking, this is an easy meal although it took longer to make than I would've liked (I dislike standing over the stove). It was well worth it! This meal was DELICIOUS & fulfilling! My family enjoyed it. It was flavorful & will become an regular go to meal in my home. My son said "MOM what did you put in this breading it's AMAZING". I did add buttermilk to my melted butter batter & onions to my zucchini.. Needless to say there were NO leftovers!
