Ingredients

  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 packet ranch dressing (& amp; seasoning mix, or 1 tablespoon)
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or enough to spread on chickens)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Spread vegetable oil on a baking sheet, or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. On a plate or shallow dish, mix together the panko crumbs and ranch seasoning mix. Brush the chicken breasts with mayo on all sides. Then dredge them in the panko mixture. Place them on the prepared pan and bake at 375° for 30 minutes, and possibly another 15 minutes or so if needed (until juices run clear).
