    It turned out well. I used Whiting with the skin on. The tail of the burned a little bit. The next time I will cut the cook time by 5-10 minutes.

    It was ok. Milk made it to wet so it didn’t crisp up. Also seasoned the flour mixture because there were no seasonings.
