- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Place the chicken in a shallow bowl or pie plate and pour the buttermilk over top. Gently rub the buttermilk into the chicken until it is fully covered. Allow the chicken to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, baking powder, salt, and pepper.

It had great flavor, but needed to spray more oil and on all sides of the drumsticks. There were patches of flour still left on the chicken after cooking.

I didnt like how the recipe turned out. All the coating didn't cook even after letting it cook longer.

really good, but not spicy enough, next time I will use cayenne pepper instead of paprika

I used chicken tenders instead. It was very good, but a little spicy. Mine did not turn out as crispy as I had hoped, but it was definitely tender and juicy.

Turned out amazing!! I love fried chicken and this is such a good alternative. My husband was sceptical but even he is in love. I will def be using this recipe again.
