Yummy! Even used the mixture on chicken, since one person in my family doesn’t like pork chops. Have made this quite a few times

Modified it by using sour cream brushes on the pork chops and placing the panko mixture on the top only. Delish!!!

Great recipe, very similar to Shake & Bake without the high salt and sugar. I might make it with less panko, there was a lot leftover. Chops were moist and the coating was nice and crunchy on the edges.

This was delicious. My chops had a bone and were closer to 3/4" so I cooked them 40 min and then covered them and let them stand 15 min. Moist! Great flavor! A new favorite!

This was so simple to make and it came out really good. I marinated the meat with salt and pepper for about an hour to make sure it doesn’t come out bland. My picky husband and child loved it!

Awesome! Very flavorful and crispy. Better than any boxed breading recipe I've had.
