The batter doesn’t come out as pictured on they are cooked at all. The flavor is decent but not great. We’ve made this recipe quite a few times to try and figure out why it doesn’t work right and literally cannot come up with a reason. If you are looking for a messy, mediocre batch of onion rings then this recipe is for you, if you want great taste, and semi-mess free then keep looking.
