These were seasoned well and really tasty. Not crunchy enough like others said. I even made sure to separate them so none were touching. Maybe next time I’ll try hotter or cooking longer. Also, I found out flax has phytoestrogens so it’s not good for women if they’re on birth control or trying to get pregnant. It’ll mess with your hormone levels just like soy will.

Great! Would make again.

This recipe had looked good to me because it was healthy but it seemed to have a bit of crispness. They were lovely and we added some chilli powder. But for some reason they were slightly undercooked and only just a wee bit crunchy. Any suggestions?

Finger licking good - so wash your fingers first! I made a small batch in my toaster oven & added tumeric to curry ketchup.

I have a new convection oven that I had never used, so I used a broiler instead. The Crispy Flax Green Bean Fries had a delicious flavor, but the beans were not crisp. Next time I’ll use my convection oven.

It turned out quite good as a snack. Crispy and light! I tweaked the spices (used lil bit Thai curry)
