This is really good, chicken was crispy. I would recommend using 5 tablespoons of sugar rather than 6 and a bit less lime juice. I would also use 2 chillies next time with the seeds in.... enjoy

Halved the recipe to make it for one, and I used a lot less sugar and plain flour because I didn’t have corn flour but this turned out beautifully. Will definitely be making this again

I made it but I used chicken breading mix bc i ran out of corn starch. I think I used too much oil and made it really really spicy. I used a large lemon in place of a lime. It was cute but I forgot to wear disposable gloves while chopping the peppers. My face burned for a while and so did my habds but beyond that all was fine, I guess.
