    I used plain breadcrumbs and added italian spice, but don't think I used the right ratio because the patties were a bit bland. Could have used salt and pepper maybe too? Overall though, nice veggie patties, crispy and satisfying. They stuck together pretty well too. I'll definitely make them again and just play with the seasoning.
