  • 4 ounces extra firm tofu (evenly sliced, I use TJ's sprouted)
  • 1 zucchini (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli slaw
  • 1 avocado (small, thinly sliced)
  • sesame seeds (to garnish)
  • coconut oil (to coat)
  • peanut sauce (to dip, recipe here)
  • sauce
  • 1/8 cup coconut aminos (Teriyaki)
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste
  • tofu (Or you can follow my Sweet & Spicy, recipe)
