Tasted good but I only used one large potatoe. Started to stick a little. Next time will add more lemon. Would make again

Thought these turned out great. I didn’t parboil just baked for 40 mins then 30 more and they were perfect. Crispy and the lemon sauce is tasty!

Don’t overcook. A few minutes maybe, but in my experience these will burn if they go too long. And I flipped them halfway instead of just shaking the pan. Next time I’ll try parboiling or steaming and drying them before I bake them.

Amazing!! Only issue is I wish I’d doubled the recipe coz more of these is always, always better

These potatoes are great as a side dish. There so good they can be the main meal

I really enjoyed these. I've been looking for a good recipe for Greek lemon potatoes. I peeled the potatoes and decided to roast completely. I only used about two thirds of the liquid which was fine because I used the rest for salad dressings by adding red wine vinegar and a bit of sugar. Next time I will probably flip them after half an hour. They didn't take long after I flipped them since they were already quite well cooked. I will definitely cook them again!
