Wonderful! My favorite flatbread recipe, I continue to try new herbs in place of the rosemary for when I want different flavored flatbreads!

The flatbread tasted really good! The only thing I recommend doing that I did not do a great job of is to flatten out your bread VERY thin because mine took a while to cook and was more of a cracker.

Pretty good, although I cooked it an extra couple of minutes to get it a little crispier! Also used self-raising flour which worked fine.
