Oh my goodness. To decrease calories I put it in the air fryer. Just delectable.

We loved them! Added a variety of ingredients for those of us eating to make them more substantial. One chose chicken, cheese & jalapeños, another beef, cheese & beans. Served with a variety of dips. Great find!

I took the time to make homemade refried beans so my cook time is a whole lot longer but we also added cumin steak. Nice recipe

Quick. easy, group pleaser. A little bland, so I would add some seasonings to the refried beans before hand but that it pretty much it. I didn't fry it, (keep my sad heart in your thoughts), but the oven did it's job. I did have to cook it for nearly 20min to get the color and crunch, though.

These are great. But the key to making them great is to get the best refried beans.

Simple & delicious. I had two issues: difficulty with my tortilla unraveling & overstuffing the tortilla, causing some to spill out. So if you're a beginner cook like me, look out for that. Made it for some friends & they loved it so I reccomend this as a simple side or a snack ❤

I make these a lot, but i use Salsa Rojo or other spicy tomatoes, a bit of cumin works well with beans, throw in a couple of strips of chicken, if you have any on hand. It is a basic for a lot of other ideas. Also, rather than fry it, i will wrap the tortillas and bake them until crispy.
