Ingredients

180 milliliters water
180 milliliters milk
120 grams flour
2 eggs
20 grams melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
salt

Directions

1Mix all the ingredients until obtaining a batter without lumps.
2Heat a non-sticking frying pan for crepes on medium heat, and moisten with a little butter. or oil.
3Pour the batter into the skillet so that it just covers the bottom, and let it brown on both sides. Repeat until all the batter is used.
