The crepes are really good even without sugar. They don't break when you flip them, even if they are thin.

I followed the recipe and it turned out great. The trick is in keeping the batter in the fridge as the recipe says.

These were so good! Made them as part of Mother's Day breakfast and everyone enjoyed them. I did add a little vanilla and filled them with diced strawberries. Will definitely make these again

These came out great! I do like to add a teaspoon of vanilla to give the crepes a little more flavor. I highly recommend filling them with blackberry jam!

This was a beautiful Crepe. It was thin and crispy, and everyone enjoyed it. The only problem was how the recipe says butter twice. That got us quite confused!
