    Directions

    1. Whisk together all the ingredients and mix well. Leave in the refrigerator for an hour. This allows the bubbles to subside so the crepes will be less likely to tear during cooking. The batter will keep for up to 48 hours.
    2. Using a buttered frying pan, pour a thin layer of batter at least 10 inches in diameter. Once solid, flip over to cook both sides. Remove and repeat.
