Ingredients

500 milliliters milk
3 eggs
180 grams flour
1 tablespoon oil
butter
150 grams frozen raspberries
250 grams heavy cream
2 tablespoons confectioners sugar
4 tablespoons confectioners sugar
1 lime

Directions

1In a medium bowl, combine milk, eggs and flour. Mix well.
2Add the oil and a pinch of salt.
3Let the batter rest for 1 hour.
4Cook the crepes in a lightly greased pan, set aside.
5Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
6Butter 4 tartett tins, fit one crepe into each.
7Divide the raspberries among the 4 tartletts, sprinkle with confectioner's sugar and add one tablespoon of cream.
8Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 C.
9Remove from the oven and let them cool down.
10With an electric mixer, whip the remaining heavy cream gradually adding the sugar.
11With a pastry bag, decorate the tartlets with the whipped cream.
12Sprinkle each tartlett with some lime zest.
