Directions
- Pour oil into deep heavy skillet, filling no more than 1/3 full. Heat on medium-high heat to 375°F
- Mix milk, Creole Mustard and lemon juice in shallow dish. Dip fish into mustard mixture, then coat with Fish-Fri. Carefully add to hot oil, a few pieces at a time
- Fry 4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with black pepper just before serving

Omg I will be making this again. This has to be the best tilapia recipe I have had in a long time. I did dredge the fish in flour as per one of the other comments and the fish remained coated and came out crispy.

It's really delicious and moist. However, the recipe calls for almost twice as much milk/lemon for 4 pieces of fish and I hate wasting it. Also, unless you shake the fish in some flour before you dredge it in the lemon/milk etc. mixture, there's no chance the breeding is going to stick.
