- 3/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup pineapple preserves
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl with wire whisk. Serve with hot cooked chicken nuggets, tortilla chips, cut-up vegetables or fresh fruit.

I made this with fresh cut pineapple that I soaked in Meyers Rum. I drizzled it over my bbq grilled jerk chicken. Nice! The spiciness of the chicken complemented it, but if I used it for something else, I'd add a pinch of sea salt.
