  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes (quartered, or cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 mango (medium ripe, peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
  • 1 chipotle peppers
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. Blend Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, lime juice and cumin in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve, if desired, with corn chips.

It was really good, I like it, only a bit spicy Next time I will put only half pepper, but it was delicious with tortillas chips.
