Ingredients

  • 16 ounces bow-tie pasta (or twist pasta)
  • 8 ounces Wish-Bone Light Ranch Dressing
  • 1 pint tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado (medium, peeled and cut into chunks (optional))
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup purple onion (chopped)

Directions

  1. Cook bow ties according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cooled.
  2. Toss all ingredients in large bowl. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Good base recipe but a little bland. Added 1 pkg dry ranch powder, sliced black olives, diced cheddar, extra green pepper, extra avocado.Was a big hit at the party.
