Overall it turned out good. I followed the recipe exactly, except that I omitted the red pepper flake, I added shrimp to the crawfish, I used a red bell pepper instead of green, only because that's what I had on hand, and I used a different type of noodle. The next time I would make a few changes, but I will make it again. With the butter and heavy cream, it wasn't overly rich. This recipe fed three adults easily and probably could have fed four. It was an easy dish to make.
