This easy to make dessert gives you a more velvety and flavorful option to your store bought choices, yet it still carries the benefits of being a high protein dessert that you can enjoy and store for days in the refrigerator without compromising its taste. Ingredients

  • 0.5 liters milk
  • 1 strawberry gelatin
  • 200 milliliters cream
  • 1 package philadelphia cream cheese
  • 60 grams sugar

Directions

  1. Heat the milk without boiling.
  2. Remove from heat, add the gelatin, and mix well until well dissolved.
  3. Beat the cream with the cream cheese and sugar, and then add to the milk.
  4. Stir well so the mixture is smooth and creamy with no lumps.
  5. Put in yogurt cups, and refrigerate to solidify, for at least 2 hours.

These 5 star yogurt cups are exquisite. The yogurt is very velvety and has more flavor in it than the stuff you purchase at the store. It did not take long to make and everyone ate it all up fairly fast. Will be making double the amount next time.
