  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, if you like spice)

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk (or heavy cream, which is not vegan)

Seriously one of the best pumpkin soups we’ve ever had!! Added a few roasted carrots and other than that followed the recipe
