It was pretty good! I added nutritional yeast to give it more of a cheesy flavor. If you let it sit out not on the heat for a few minutes it should thicken up.
pretty good nice and creamy but kind of bland I think it needs olives added parsley and extra pepper

If you miss creamy foods, this one is very satisfying. It is kind of bland but we added a good shake of red pepper flakes, a generous amount of salt and black pepper, and instead of vegan Parmesan, nutritional yeast. We finished it with a generous amount of fresh basil. Parsley is good, too. When I make this dish, my family, even the non-vegans, eat it all. I have to make a double batch and we don’t have any leftovers.

Turned out great!!! I made 1 change. My husband has to go on a low carb diet and it is impossible to find pasta with any less than 30 carbs/serving. I went to Whole Foods and found Zucchini Spirals. They’re Veggie Noodles but they are really just shredded zucchini shredded in a way to look like spaghetti noodles. It looks yummy, it tastes yummy. You really can’t tell the difference and the pasta only has 3 carbs/serving! Can’t beat it!

It was okay. It was pretty bland all around. It has all the texture of pasta alfredo but it just tastes like plain pasta. Very "meh".

Great, used original soymilk as that’s what I had on hand. But would have been a bit better with unsweetened almond milk but was still delicious with a little extra salt and fresh ground black pepper.
yummy. we are not vegan, so inused regular milk and added some shaved pecorino at end. also topped with chicken thighs.

Very good! I think, as the recipe suggests, supplementing some of the almond milk with stock is important—it does wonders to the taste. Nice and creamy, as promised!

Turned out good but needed more spices so I added chili powder. Tomatoes were the best part I would add more!

my fiance LOVED it, i honestly would have scrapped the vegan idea and used cows milk and add some cheese. i also added spinach for more color. i recommend more spice flavors of your choice. i would make again but put a whole different twist on it
Excellent and I added cow milk , cheese , broccoli, mushrooms and paneer . And also added Italian pasta seasoning.. well turned out very well

the consistency was nice, but the sauce was way too garlicky. couldnt finish it.
Turned out really well! I didn't use shallots (couldn't get my hands on them). Added basil and some vegan cheese on top. Lovely :)
Fantastic dish, everything went well except I accidentally overcooked the pasta. Will cook again.! 👨‍🍳
The consistency is good, but it’s a little bland. I added spices and hot sauce. I think my palate is just jaded so I can only eat super salty and spicy foods 😂

It was pretty good for me. Added more seasoning to it and took out the tomatoes since I didn’t have them but it still worked out well.

Delicious!!! 10/10. My boyfriend and I are not vegan, but we were looking for a healthier alternative to delicious creamy sauces. We added a bit of chicken and Parmesan cheese. Very good!!!
