So easy and makes usually dry chicken breasts moist. I didn't have dried tomatoes and spinach the first time. So, I thin sliced tomatoes and fried them in the pan and I sliced zucchini into it yummy. so any veg should taste good. Today I dumped in a box of mushrooms. I didn't like a spice in the Italian spice so I'm using oregano and basil. The breasts were very thick so I sliced them into two thin pieces. It even tastes better as left overs.

It didn’t thicken at all so I added double the cheese. After adding more cheese it turned out great and my whole family loved it! It was almost an Alfredo type of flavor, the only difference I noticed was the flavor added by the spinach and sun dried tomatoes. The directions could have been a little more descriptive but other than that it was a good recipe.

Love love love! Glad I read the reviews before I actually made. Started off with a little less cream, even more less broth (tho came back and added a bit more toward the end), and a bit of cornstarch. After cooking the chicken I deglazed the pan with a bit of white wine before adding in fresh garlic. Added mushrooms to this and skipped the pasta. This will definitely be a go-to dish!

This meal was fantastic! My picky 15 year old son asked for seconds the first time I made it and has been asking me to make it again ever since. Very tasty, easy prep and minimal cooking time. Great recipe for anyone on a Keto diet!
