Delicious! I used chicken tenderloins, rather than chicken breasts. The creamy sauce was really tasty. Might make a double bath for next time for the 2 pounds of chicken tenderloins I used. I also used dry sun-dried tomatoes since that’s all I had, and it turned out just fine. Another keeper!

I have never cooked with sun-dried tomatoes but this recipe made me a believer. We like anything with a sauce and this chicken dish was amazing. I roasted some creamer potatoes and asparagus and the sauce was so good it ended up complementing those vegetables too.

the family absolutely loved it and even asked for seconds! i added an onion, chopped up the chicken in the sauce and added extra half and half and cheese just to make extra sauce.
