Loved it! I did leave out the asparagus and used fresh peas. Also swapped the almonds for toasted walnuts.

This is delicious! My adjustments: I cooked the farro in the water I used to cook the vegetables in, and used coarsely chopped (rather than sliced) almonds that I toasted. A healthy, delicious, high protein dish.

love the vegetables and garlic thyme dressing
will omit the goat cheese and swap with feta
good salad overall
