super yummy! id make it with a touch less garlic, and itd be pretty good with ricotta cheese, but thats not vegan if thats what youre looking for!
used coconut cream instead of cream, peanuts instead of cashews. added some habanero and pepper to spice it up

Not my favorite... it sounded so good, but was honestly pretty boring. Not sure how it could have been improved.

Sauce is a little bland and could use some oomph. Maybe even adding extra vegetables would help. Otherwise, tasty and nutritious!

It tasted amazing!! But if you don’t have the right vegetable spiralizer thing it can be a lot of work, but otherwise it was really easy and delicious

I added turmeric powder and I absolutely love it

i really liked this :) the sauce can get quite sticky though, so i had to add a 1/2 cup more of water too the pan. also, it is boyfriend approved!
Great! I did change the cashew cream. Added dry tomato and lemon juice...
Noodles were too difficult to make, sauce was awesome

I ended up using normal spaghetti and just adding sweet potato and spinach... still amazing
I made a few modifications based on some other cashew sauce recipes but this was my motivations I substituted water for vegetable stock and used nutritional yeast to add more of a cheese flavor. I’m a garlic nut so I used 5 cloves. All in all, YUM YUM YUM

It turned out GREAT! I added just a little more garlic. I will be making this again!
I did this with zucchini noodles and sautéed mushrooms Soooooo yummy and I added caramelized onions and truffle sea salt, ginger and a couple sprinkles of nutritional yeast ground up with cashews for parmesan cheese flavor ~ I added
Great, yes I’d make it again definitely. No modification.
I made twice the amount of sauce as suggested below, but really could have made more given how much sweet potato noodles 4 large ones made. Super delicious but always make more sauce

so I used zucchini noodles because I was feeling like a lower carb meal. the sauce was pretty good but I had a hard time getting it super smooth like in the picture even with a ninja blender on setting three. next time I would double the cashew sauce recipe so that the blades could reach more stuff. I added chives like the suggestion and it was delicious. my friend also added parmesan.

Eh. I’m a vegan so this kind of recipe really isn’t too weird but it was just okay. The cashew cream sauce was pretty good but I didn’t dig the raw garlic. It would’ve been better with roasted garlic because it’s more sweet and mild. The sweet potatoes didn’t cook well for me and ended up a little hard. The sauce was way too thick when put back in the pan. Next time, I’ll stick with retailer ole noodles and throw in some broccoli

I liked the idea of this dish, but it wasn’t as flavorful as I expected.

Absolutely yummy. Added some nooch to the sauce to have a bit of cheesy flavour.

added rosemary, sage, oregano, and thyme. Also added a jar of fire roasted red bell peppers, including the liquid in the jar. It turned out amazing! 5 stars

Excellent recipe! We added a bit more garlic to the sauce and some nutmeg. It was delicious - will definitely make again!

This was sooooo sooo good and it's easy and quick I've recommended it to some of my vegan friends
