I made a few modifications based on some other cashew sauce recipes but this was my motivations I substituted water for vegetable stock and used nutritional yeast to add more of a cheese flavor. I’m a garlic nut so I used 5 cloves. All in all, YUM YUM YUM

I made twice the amount of sauce as suggested below, but really could have made more given how much sweet potato noodles 4 large ones made. Super delicious but always make more sauce

so I used zucchini noodles because I was feeling like a lower carb meal. the sauce was pretty good but I had a hard time getting it super smooth like in the picture even with a ninja blender on setting three. next time I would double the cashew sauce recipe so that the blades could reach more stuff. I added chives like the suggestion and it was delicious. my friend also added parmesan.

Eh. I’m a vegan so this kind of recipe really isn’t too weird but it was just okay. The cashew cream sauce was pretty good but I didn’t dig the raw garlic. It would’ve been better with roasted garlic because it’s more sweet and mild. The sweet potatoes didn’t cook well for me and ended up a little hard. The sauce was way too thick when put back in the pan. Next time, I’ll stick with retailer ole noodles and throw in some broccoli
