My family loved this recipe. I did change it a bit because my family loves veggies & sauce. I used 4 chicken breast pounded to be the same thickness. I used 4 cups of spinach chopped, 2 cups of cherry tomatoes halved, 4 cloves of garlic finely chopped, 2 cups of fresh sliced mushrooms, 2 cups of heavy cream, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tea oregano, 1 tea paprika, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of dry white wine.

Well—-lots of modifications. I didn’t have that many grape tomatoes so I threw in some olives also didn’t have cream so I used sour cream and some milk and didn’t measure. I served With rice Looks great smells great about to have a bite..... Pretty good—-used what I had—-not bad it takes a lot for me to give a 5 star so I am very happy!!!!

instead of using heavy cream I made my own version w 1/3 of melted butter and 3/4 of milk with a tablespoon of flour. delicous
