    I made a variation of this soup. No sausage and diced tomatoes instead of sauce. I also diced fresh Italian tomatoes. This is exceptional especially if you like tomatoes soup. But like the others I had a problem with the cream cheese. I used regular Philly cream cheese. M daughter suggested I use the cheesiest room temp and one time it came out resolved after I used a potatoes masher to mash it but the next time I had that cuddled milk look again. It does not effect the taste but is unattractive. What am I doing wrong?
