- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour

- 1 1/2 cups cheddar (white, shredded)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 25 medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 cups mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
- parmesan cheese (to garnish)

turned out good! Did my own little spin of it here and there.

Turned out well. Didn't have cheddar used mozzarella/parmesan mix, maybe thats why it initially turned out blend. Had to build up the flavor by using extra garlic, minced onion, sun dried tomatoes, basil and lots of black pepper.

i used spainch instead of peas. yes i would cook it again. yes it was yummy. it tells me to keep writing more but yeah it was great. lol ate all of it
