  • 1/2 cup cream (or other plant cream of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown rice syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • sunflower oil
  • frying oil
  • sea salt (and black pepper to serve)
  • 1/2 cup beluga lentils (cooked)
  • 1/4 cup herbs (mixed, I like chives, parsley and thyme)
