Delish! I doubled the ingredients and made two huge pot fulls. I also used an electric mixer to break down the potatoes since they wouldn’t on their own (even though they were extremely soft). I loved the flavor, doesn’t need any seasonings except for what the recipe calls for. Green onions are a must!

So good and so easy! I added the crisped bacon to the soup base and then used the bacon fat with the butter to thicken the milk (adjusting the flour and milk as needed) for more flavor.
