Quick, easy, inexpensive, and tasty; What more could you want? Make sure you watch the heat though, or the cheeses from the pesto will stick to the pan, and nobody wants that mess.

Used Classico Pesto. Felt like the oil that came in the jar with the pesto was enough. Probably did not need to add 2 tbsp olive oil as stated in directions? I had to add more cream as a result.

Very yummy and fast. My son is a picky eater and loved it. I added 2 tablespoons of butter as well as 2 tablespoons of the heavy cream in addition to the quarter cup and finished it with some Parmesan cheese.

It was tasty and had a good amount of creaminess. If you don’t have cream you could also use half and half. I would also recommend some shredded pecorino romano on top.
