  • shallot (uncheckedA, finely chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup cooking cream (or 35% cream)
  • 1 cup spinach (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh herbs (mixed, chives, basil, oregano)
  • 2 cups confit (steamed salmon, pieces, see recipe)

The salmon was soft and juicy, the combination of fish in cream and pasta is very nice for lunch and dinner. I would suggest to supplement it with white white. :) yumm
